They are plants that help improve soil health\, crowd out weeds\, control pests and diseases\, increase biodiversity\, and more. \nWe’ll be ‘broadcast sowing’ cover crops to prepare new areas of the market garden for growing vegetables next year. \n‘Broadcast sowing’ is a traditional method of sowing seeds.
