Before we harvest the trial plots and the History of Wheat plots in the Community Allotments and Garden, we like to spend some time admiring the beauty of the grains, tasting, drawing and learning from them. There are wheats, barley, rye, spelt, einkorn and buckwheat to celebrate. In partnership with Granton Garden Bakery, we’ll also share the trials and tribulations of small scale grain growing and our plans for the next few years.
