Buy Produce

We’re growing vegetables, flowers, fruit, nuts, grains and flax at the farm. Some crops (like the nut trees) are not available yet, but you can buy our delicious veg (seasonally) and pollinator-friendly wildflower plants…

Our veg tastes amazing because you get it really fresh, and we use nature-friendly methods to grow it – no pesticides or artificial fertilisers. We take care of the life in the soil, which means our plants are full of life too. Also, we grow as many different varieties as we can – including lots you won’t see in the supermarkets. This is healthier for the plants, the soil and the people who are eating the veg – variety actually is the spice of life.

Market Stall

The Market Stall is now finished for 2024. We loved meeting stall customers and being able to offer our fresh-picked veg and cut flower bouquets from the Market Garden, we offer wildflower plants grown by our specialist wildflower volunteers, mushrooms grown by Rhyze Mushrooms, herbal remedies from Grass Roots Remedies, fresh bread from Granton Garden Bakery, local free range eggs, and open pollinated veg and herb seeds from Seeds of Scotland

We plan to run the stall again next year – sign up to our newsletter to get updates.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Veg Bags

We started our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Veg Bags in July 2023. In 2024, we nearly doubled the number of members, and added new options with produce from other local organisations. The bags have now finished for 2024, and will be back in 2025.

Community Supported Agriculture is a membership scheme, where the payments support the farm to grow the food, and then all the members get a fair share of the harvest. We will invite this year’s members to return next year, and then open up to new people. If you’d like to join, look out on here, in our newsletter and on social media for updates.

We offer a discounted and solidarity pricing model to make the price more accessible. This booklet has all the details about how it works and what you get:

Potted Wildflower Plants

We have a Wildflower Nursery within the Market Garden, run by dedicated volunteers. If you have a garden or growing space, you can help local wildlife by planting native wildflowers. In autumn, you can still buy our carefully-grown wildflower plants until they go dormant for winter, and then you can pre-order for spring. We can also take larger orders for community groups and public spaces.

Email the team at wildflowers@lauristonfarm.org to find out what’s available and arrange orders and pickups.
