Taste, Talk and Plant Grains!

Taste three types of Bere Barley, various Oats, Rye and Wheat in baked goods provided by Granton Community Bakery. Discover the stories behind the seeds and then join us in planting our trial plots in the community allotments.

15:15-16:00
Dance performance of Her-acre

Julie Lockett joins us from Riot Rye Bakehouse & Bread School located in Cloughjordan Ecovillage in Ireland. She will be performing her solo dance show Her-acre followed by a post show Q&A.

Free Tea and Coffee. Please dress for the weather. Children under 14 are welcome but must come with an adult.
