We’re looking for someone with good project management experience and excellent skills, including fundraising, who can help us grow the project and deliver on our ambition to be a sustainable model for other urban community farms.

The new co-ordinator will work closely with the existing co-ordinator and the other co-op members in a rich variety of tasks.

This is a rare opportunity to join a workers co-operative with a horizontal structure and be involved in the creation of a sustainable project designed to tackle biodiversity loss and food inequality.

We welcome applications from people who, historically, have been under-represented in farming and horticulture. Your experience in running projects is more important for this role than a background in farming. We look forward to hearing from you.
