Come and celebrate harvest and the land with us – on the farm this year we harvested a cornucopia of vegetables and our first grains! The event won’t be on the same scale as last year* but we will have music, food, crafts and activities for all to enjoy.
We are looking for Volunteers to come and help out on the day – if you would like to come and give us a helping hand on the day with set up/take down/refreshments please click here to sign up for helping run it on the day.
(*Last year’s Harvest Festival was the culmination of a whole season-long project with an extra farm hand, funded by Dandelion. This will be a little more homespun, but no less sweet for that.)
The Harvest Celebration is free and drop-in, no need to book. But, if you want to guarantee a seat for the show ‘Arise’ (2pm-3pm) you can reserve one in advance – see below.
To get here, please use public transport, walk, wheel or cycle if you can. Local residents of all species would really appreciate it. Click here for bus numbers and directions.
If you are disabled and need to drive into the site for access, please call the phone number pinned to the farm gate when you get here, and a steward will guide you safely onto the site. The site is a mix of compacted stone path, and rougher grassy ground.
Non-disabled visitors who arrive by car, please park off site, with care and consideration for our neighbours. The Toby Carvery car park is intended primarily for their own customers – it is not suitable for general parking for this event. If you need to drive, please help us maintain good neighbourly relations by using public parking and walking in. Thank you!
