Prior to working for Lauriston Farm, Jossie set up an organic no-dig market garden in the Borders, selling veg wholesale and to her neighbourhood. Before finding her vocation in landwork, she worked in business development and growth strategy for financial technology startups. As well as working with EAC, she is on the board of Nourish Scotland and designs edible and food forest gardens.
